⭐ TOGETHER WITH Superfuel AI*
👋 Hey, Claus here from the Ecommerce Coffee Break Newsletter.
I have a special offer for you: Superfuel is offering to rewrite and measure your first 10 Amazon listings free.
Superfuel doesn't get paid until your Amazon title has grown your sales.
The standout isn't Superfuel's Title and Item Highlights writing. It's that they tell you what the Title did. On 1 product for Fellow, the coffee gear brand, that came to $6,500 a week in a month when its category's searches fell 10%.
On your own store you change the hero image, the headline, the price, and you check the number. On Amazon, the title got written once. It is probably the only copy you own that has never been tested.
Superfuel's agent rewrites it, and not by stuffing keywords in. It reads the titles ranking above you and the praise and complaints in your reviews, then writes from what it finds.
Then it measures. On the listing above, 7 other things moved sales that month: a promo, more ad spend, a price rise, a competitor discounting. They all come out first. What is left is what the title earned.
Nothing goes live without your approval. A change that hurts sales gets reverted; one that works goes to your other listings.
Paste one of your ASINs and see what the agent would change, and why. Free, no signup, 2 minutes. Try Superfuel free today.

The Weekly To-Dos of a Fractional Chief Data Officer.
Running an e-commerce brand generates more data than any founder has time to analyze. Here's what a week looks like for someone who owns that function:
Building automated information workflows.
Analyzing customer behavior that leads to higher conversion.
Ensuring stores are visible and recommended in AI search.
And your week turns into:
Making better, more confident decisions.
Watching traffic and conversion rates go up.
Growing revenue with a clear plan behind it.

☕ CLAUS'S TAKE
(One opinion. One lesson. One action.)
Your Store Has a New Customer: AI
$1 trillion.
That’s the projected size of U.S. agentic commerce by 2030.
But the bigger shift isn't the number.
Your next customer may never visit your website.
AI is moving from helping people shop to shopping for them.
Today, we optimize stores for humans: clicks, rankings, ads, product pages.
Tomorrow, we’ll need to convince AI agents to recommend us.
And that changes the game.
Your product data. Reviews. Price. Availability. Shipping. Returns.
These could matter just as much as your ad budget when an AI decides what to buy.
The good news?
You don't need to be the biggest brand. You need to be the best answer.
My take: Ecommerce is moving from optimizing for people to optimizing for the machines that represent them.
So here's the question I'd ask about your store: If an AI agent had to choose between you and your biggest competitor, why would it pick you?
That's the work I'd start now.
Your turn: Would you trust an AI agent to buy from your store without human approval?
Hit reply with YES or NO. I read every response.
Don’t forget to grab our free online seller resources.
That's your coffee break for today. I'll see you Thursday with more ecommerce news worth your time.
