☕ CLAUS'S TAKE
(One opinion. One lesson. One action.)
Don’t Buy Traffic. Borrow It.
Want more sales without spending more on ads? Stop looking for more customers. Look for more people who already know you.
Here’s an idea I rarely see DTC brands use:
Sell to someone else’s audience.
Find 5 brands that serve the same customer but don't sell a competing product. Then create something useful together:
A co-branded guide
A limited bundle
A joint giveaway
A live workshop
A newsletter swap
You get in front of an audience that already trusts someone else.
And you don't pay Meta or Google a cent.
The best part? You can start small. One good partner with 10,000 relevant people in its audience can be worth more than thousands of random clicks.
Don't think about “influencers.” Think about audience owners.
Your move: Make a list of 10 brands with the same target customer. Contact three this week with one simple collaboration idea.
Here is my question to you: Would you let another brand promote your products to its audience?
Hit reply with YES or NO. I read every response.
Don’t forget to grab our free online seller resources.
That's your coffee break for today. I'll see you Tuesday with more ecommerce news worth your time.
