Spending too much time on product photos and descriptions?
Most merchants are. DIY photography is hard. AI generations take too many prompts to get right. Descriptions take forever to tweak.
MerchantFloor fixes that. AI-generated white background product photos, descriptions & lifestyle images, built specifically for ecommerce — not a generic AI tool, a toolkit built by a merchant for merchants.
No prompting required.

The Secret AI Hack To Recover Failed Payments Forever
Every failed payment is lost revenue hiding in plain sight. But what if you could recover many of them automatically?
This week, I sit down with Matiss Maliks, Head of Sales & Growth at LTVX.ai, to uncover how AI is helping ecommerce brands recover lost revenue, improve payment approval rates, and reduce checkout failures without changing their entire tech stack.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Why good payments still get declined.
How AI recovers failed transactions automatically.
Why relying on one payment processor is risky.

☕ CLAUS'S TAKE
The Dropshipping Playbook That Worked in 2023 Is Dead
95% of dropshipping stores won't survive 2026. Not because dropshipping is dead. Because copy-paste ecommerce is.
For years, the formula was simple: find a trending product, launch a Shopify store, run Meta ads, and hope for a viral winner.
That game is over.
Today's winners follow a different framework:
Sell a niche, not a product.
Build around a specific customer. Own a category instead of chasing trends.Build a brand people remember.
Unique messaging, original content, email marketing, and a reason to buy from you - not the cheapest seller.Control the experience.
Use faster suppliers, local fulfillment when possible, branded packaging, and proactive customer support.Create demand before buying inventory.
Use organic TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, creators, and email. Let content validate demand before you scale ads.Maximize customer value.
One sale isn't enough. Increase LTV with bundles, subscriptions, upsells, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
Bottom line: Dropshipping still works. It's simply become a fulfillment model—not a business model.
👉 Your move: Audit your store. If a competitor can copy everything you do in one weekend, your biggest problem isn't fulfillment - it's differentiation.
So here's my question for you: What's your best dropshipping tip?
Hit reply and let me know. I read every response.
See you Thursday. I've got another AI workflow that's saving ecommerce teams hours every week.
